Head of Sophomore Class Congress History teacher, Jessica Bastian explains what class congress has been planning to do next to raise school spirit.

“Right now we are focused on our next Falcon Friday in January that will be themed a ‘blue out’,” Mrs. Bastian said. This is because it is the same day as the Crosstown Showdown.”

Falcon Friday isn’t the only thing the sophomore class congress has in store for the students of RHS.

“After the next Falcon Friday, our big focus will be in March on the charity week,” Mrs. Bastian said. “We’ll also be planning the spring pep assembly.”

The charity week in March is a busy week for sophomore class congress, according to Mrs. Bastian.

“The pep assembly will be connected to charity week and will occur at the end of charity week,” Mrs. Bastian said. “So that will be a big week.”
