The RHS varsity volleyball team had their Senior Night last night, Oct. 5. With a 3-3 record, the Falcons won the game. Four-year varsity player senior Sydney Jones explains what senior night meant to her.

“Senior night is very special to me,” Jones said. “I’ve been a part of this team for four years now and it’s crazy that it’s actually my night and it’s my last home game. I want to leave everything on the court.”

Senior night was also the last home game for the Falcons. Jones explains how the season has been going so far.

“The season has been very good,” Jones said. “We have been playing so well together and bonding as a team. Our record is pretty impressive and I’m proud of all the ladies.”

The team is now moving on to prepare for big tournaments. Jones explains what she is excited about for the rest of the season.

“My hope for the rest of the season is to win the City Cup,” Jones said. “We never have and it would be so cool if we finally beat Stoney!”
