Sam Edwards, in all his tall, smiling glory, is bringing endless cheerfulness and enthusiasm for writing  to this year’s Talon staff! The persistently positive senior loves to read, write, sing, and play sports (including but not limited to soccer, basketball, tennis, fencing, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee). Sam was born in Provo, Utah, and lived in California for four years before moving to Michigan. His hard work ethic and persistence have paid off, and he hopes to attend BYU after graduation. He loves sharing exciting moments with friends and family (he’s the oldest of four), landing a good joke (who doesn’t?), and seeing things fall perfectly into place. “You know when all the pieces come together, like in a book?” He asks. “It also happens in real life and everything just clicks!” Here at the paper, he wants to share the good news that everyone needs to hear. The Talon is excited to have Sam as our latest, greatest, and blondest staff member this semester!
