On Jan. 15, students from RHS’s Business Professionals of America (BPA) club competed at Regionals. Sophomore Delna Sholapurwalla shares her thoughts on the event.

“The competition was really fun,” Sholapurwalla said. “We compete, do open events (tests which anyone can try), and get to hang out with friends.”

Students had the opportunity to compete in different events varying through all aspects of business.

“My event is integrated office,” Sholapurwalla said. “You basically have to do four tasks they give you, so I had to use excel, access, and word.”

Thirty-one RHS students qualified for states. The results are listed below.

“States is coming up in March and I’m super excited,” Sholapurwalla said. “BPA is a great club and I’m really happy that I’m doing it.”
