Q: What activities/sports/clubs do you participate in at RHS?
A: Cross Country, Soccer, French Club

Q: How did you feel when you found out you were in the running for homecoming court?
A: I felt excited and nervous.

Q: How did you feel when you found out you made it on court?
A: Surprised but still really happy and excited.

Q: How did your friends and family members respond?
A: My mom felt bad for Dennis.

Q: Why do you think you were voted onto court?
A: I don’t know.

Q: What would you like to say to your peers for voting for you?
A: Thanks guys!

Q: What do you plan to wear to the homecoming pep assembly?
A: A dress

Q: What are your plans for the day of homecoming?
A: First, I will go to XC practice. Then, I’m meeting up with some friends and we will get ready together. They we’re going to the dance.

Q: What part of spirit week do you like best: spirit days, pep assembly, game, getting ready/pictures, or dance? Explain why!
A: My favorite part of homecoming week is getting ready and taking pictures because it’s the most fun.

A: Anything by Pitbull

Q: Do you have a date? If so, who is the lucky guy/girl? If not, are you going with a group?
A: I’m going with a group.

Q: What’s your best homecoming (or other dance) memory?
A: Taking pictures and dressing up last year.

Q: What’s the most embarrassing thing that happened to you in front of a crowd?
A: I threw up in 5th grade during silent reading.

A: Really surprised

A: Even more surprised

A: They were really happy

A: Because I’m new to Rochester

A: I like spirit days because they’re fun to participate in

A: I was really excited

A: I got a little nervous

A: They didn’t really care lol

A: Because I’m funny

A: Pep assembly because it is hype!

A: No favorite in particular

A: Yes I do, it is Harper Monica. She won with me but she’s not my date.

A: Having a lot of fun at the dance

Q: What’s the most embarrassing thing that happened to you in front of a crowd?
A: I tripped over my backpack in 4th hour

 

Name: Guen (Dennis) Kim, 10th

Q: What activities/sports/clubs do you participate in at RHS?
A: I will participate on the boy’s swim team.

Q: How did you feel when you found out you were in the running for homecoming court?
A: I didn’t really feel anything because I thought I was going to win. Also, all my friends did it as a joke

Q: How did you feel when you found out you made it on court?
A: I felt surprised since a joke turned out like this.

Q: How did your friends and family members respond?
A: My friends felt good for me and my family did too.

Q: Why do you think you were voted onto court?
A: It was for a joke and none of my friends thought I was going to win.

Q: What would you like to say to your peers for voting for you?
A: I would like to say thanks and that they’ve made my high school experience better.

Q: What do you plan to wear to the homecoming pep assembly?
A: I haven’t decided yet. Probably a white suit with a tie matching my partner’s.

Q: What are your plans for the day of homecoming?
A: I will probably go to the dance after I eat dinner with my friends.

A: I like spirit days best because they are very exciting and you get to have shortened class times.

Q: What’s your favorite song to dance to?
A: I don’t have one.

A: I don’t have a date, so I’ll probably go with a group of my friends.

Q: What’s your best homecoming (or other dance) memory?
A: My best homecoming memory was last year’s because it was my first dance. I didn’t go to my middle school dances because I heard it wasn’t as good.

Q: What’s the most embarrassing thing that happened to you in front of a crowd?
A: It was in 6th grade. It was my first presentation ever in my life and I stuttered a lot in front of people that I’d known for about two weeks.
